I have chosen DCLead because: It offers a multidisciplinary and holistic approach that spans both academics and practice. The multidisciplinary field of communication and technology will answer my questions about the opportunities and challenges in upholding digital rights. DCLead also offers a holistic approach to digital communication issues from the academic perspective with practical knowledge and skills. This combination will enrich my knowledge of industry-dominated digital communication practices and provide a suitable alternative to digital rights enforcement. It offers an international perspective which opens up the sharing space of many people’s experiences about digital communication in the global context. Meeting with many professionals with various backgrounds and cultures will enrich my understanding of digital communication.
